My parents live just 10 minutes walking from Chateau Biron. After Chateau Bonaguil it is one of my favorite castles in this amazing part of France, where there are, so it seems, small and big castles around every bend in the road (there are approximately a thousand or so castles in the Aquitaine region alone!).

Ruby and I took a long morning to visit Chateau Biron. Ruby ran around like crazy and I carried her up and down way too many stairs.
