This week Ruby and I traveled up to Fordham University (where David works) twice. Once to attend part of Solidarity's leadership meeting and once to show David some support for his talk on the health impact for 9-11/ground zero workers and the community at Solidarity's "Socialism and Environmental Justice" summer school. As you can see Ruby did her part by chewing on an almost extinct lizard (kindly brought to the meeting by her good friend EJ) and paid close attention to brother Saladin from the Black Workers for Justice.
