Yesterday was another busy day! This time Ruby didn't even want to read a book at bedtime, she just asked me, while crying a little, to turn off the light so she could go to sleep.

After we all did chores in the morning (David and Ruby did the laundry and I cleaned the house), mon cher ami Manuel from Montreal met us and Ruby, Manou and I spent the rest of the day running around the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the ice cream store and the playground. And just like our recent visit in Montreal, Manou put Ruby in a tree.

It was the weekend of trees and friends and the outdoors.
