Once a week, on the day that I work from home, Ruby and I make a morning trek to the office. There Ruby has her morning snack and meets with Mark, one of my coworkers.

This morning they discussed the bad cellphone reception in our office building and whether they should start an organizing campaign to get the landlord to install an antenna on the roof. Ruby demonstrated with her phone.

The door on the left is where the Association for Union Democracy crew hang out, although Herman, AUD founder, was proofing the latest Union Democracy Review this morning out in the conference room. Herman is 90+ and still comes into the office twice a week! The door on the right is Labor Notes. Teamsters for a Democratic Union is located in the building too--David's former gig.

Hi Mark and Herman, nice meeting you.
Hope our granddaughter helped to sort things out... if she is anything like her Mother, you can bet on her organizing skills!
Big hug and a kiss for my two "cocottes" - Maaike.
