We still don't use Ruby's stroller a heck of a lot. Never have and never seemed to get into the groove of it--which is really an eye-opener given this city of strollers and oh my gosh, some mom just invented a hook for the phone so you can text message while pushing your kid along and sip coffee thanks to the coffeeholder and I don't know what else we're clearly missing out on. I don't miss lugging a stroller up and down subway stairs.
Of course my back is a whole other story. We barely use our ergo anymore because the babe is getting heavy, but I do miss it, a lot actually. We do love the featured backpacker, and Ruby loves it too. Recently we even pulled out the sun cover because it was pouring rain and now she's even more in love with the ride.
And she simply walks, runs, hops and scooters a lot more. Everywhere.

Zo'n rugzak lijkt me superhandig voor Rivka -als ze wat groter is- vooral bij wandelingen. Welk type raad je aan?
gelukkig wordt je rug nu wat meer gespaard. en goed voor ruby's energy to walk, run, hop, scoot, jump etc.etc. oh, I am sooooo looking forward to next week, you don't half know how much !

She's loving it! Right now she has all 3 grandparents, two aunts, and two cousins. Bliss. Except that she is sick with a huge cold and fever. But it's too exciting to be sick, thankfully she is in a good mood.
