Last weekend David made a delicious cheese fondue for my birthday. We all loved it. Of course, we were really stupid and put the burner right on the glass top of the coffee table. Not smart. Thankfully nothing we can't replace. Wrecking our furniture aside, we will be repeating the cheese fondue on special occasions because I really do love it so!
PS. Paps, it got really stringy and thick fast. David thinks it was because we didn't have the burner turned up all the way and so it cooled down too fast. Thoughts?

Maybe a bit to much corn flower. Or some cheeses will be more stringy then others. As long as you enjoyed it!!!
Next time at our place. Ruby liked it by the looks of it.
